For one-time cleans, payment is required upfront to secure your booking. For recurring weekly or regular cleans, invoices are issued after each service and can be paid securely online.

Yes — we bring everything: professional-grade cleaning products, vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and all tools needed. If you have a preference for specific products (e.g. fragrance-free or eco-friendly), let us know when booking and we’ll accommodate.
By default, we use products that are non-toxic and pet/child-safe. We can also use fully fragrance-free products upon request. Just mention any sensitivities or allergies in your booking notes — we’ll make note of it for every future visit.
Every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check, reference verification, and in-person interview before joining. We also carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation — so you’re fully protected in the unlikely event of damage or injury.
For recurring clients, we do our best to send the same team member every visit. Consistency builds trust and means your cleaner gets to know your home over time. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll always notify you in advance.
After each clean, you’ll receive an email with a simple rating form. Honest feedback helps us improve, and we read every single response.
